Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Hiya Mail is a pay-as-you-go service. There is no need to sign up to long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

 

What are monthly plans?

Monthly plans are great for those who send regularly every month with pricing discounted if you pay upfront for your sends. No long-term contract, you can cancel any time.

 

How do I pay for monthly plans?

With monthly plans, you pay in the beginning of your month for the package you have chosen. If your sends increase or decrease, we move you automatically to the correct plan. You can switch to the pay as you go plan at any time.

 

Which payments do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For larger accounts, we also accept BACS transfers.

 

Is my data safe and secure?

Our state-of-the-art servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches.

 

What web browsers work with Hiya Mail?

Internet Explorer 7 and higher, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and higher, Chrome 4 and higher.
